“A young Eden of a place.”
BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA
The farm was originally owned by John V. Young, who was a prominent figure in the early development of the area. In the year 1898, John was said to possess “one of the finest locations in Boone County, with green pastures, roaming cattle — a young 'Eden' of a place. His father entered the land here in the first settlement of the country.”
Over a century later, we continue to affirm that this charming description remains entirely accurate, as the farm still carries that same spirit of beauty and tranquility.
